What Is KVKK?

This website is operated from Turkey and is governed by Turkish law, regardless of the language a visitor reads it in. KVKK — the Law on the Protection of Personal Data (Law No. 6698) — is Turkey's personal data protection legislation, broadly comparable to the EU's GDPR. It sets out how personal data may be collected, processed, and stored, and what rights individuals have over their own data.

Under Article 11 of KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, request information about such processing, learn its purpose, know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad, request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, request its deletion or destruction, and object to the processing.
